10 days in!

Love the car so far. The only issues so far was the seatbelt light stayed on a long time once.

Range seems good but I am doing more tests. I did a 102km highway test and average 15.6kwh/100km. Not bad.

I will drive 200km tomorrow, mostly highway at 0 degrees.

First Post!

I'm starting this blog to write about my experiences with my new electric car coming this sometime in the next week hopefully. I'm getting a new 2018 VW E-Golf.

There weren't any in stock in Alberta at the time so I bought it from a dealership in Winnipeg actually. It's paid for already, just waiting for it to arrive on a truck soon.

I just got a 50Amp circuit (with Nema 14-50 outlet) put in yesterday, as well as a JuiceBox Pro 40 charger.

I've also got the winter tires (Michelin x-ice3) ready and waiting. You can see the charger and waiting tires in the picture.

Can't wait for the car!
